Her name is Sharon Turnage and she has a unique story to tell. She was a smart, ambitious, women that was happy with her career as an Auditor at the Human Resource Administration. She was also excited to be finishing up her college degree. She graduated from York College with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology/Premed. She was on her way to getting her PHD in Clinical Psychology. Life couldn’t have been better for Sharon, and then tragedy struck. Her son Luis Danvers was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) in September of 2009. This event changed her life and things have never been the same. This life changing experience caused her to change careers as well. She is the Founder President/CEO/COO of the Luis Danvers Leukemia Fund dedicated to the fight against leukemia. She launched a Life Coaching Practice and does Motivational speaking dedicated to helping families in crisis. She is a proud member of the National Association Of Women Who Influence. And last but not least she is a full-time energetic mom of five.
